Jeffrey Lobb, a Realtor® since 1988, is currently the Managing owner of EXIT Towne & Country Realty in Newton, NJ. After spending many years in training and development of sales teams for Fortune 500 companies, Jeff decided in 2002 to relaunch his real estate business in a brand new market. In only 3 years, Jeff earned several sales awards and generated over $500,000 in personal commissions.
Being a firm believer in continuous training and personal improvement,
Jeff attends training seminars with nationally recognized trainers and life coaches. He earned the 2005 Top Sales Agent and Top Listing agent in a training course through Leaders Choice. Jeff has also been an EXIT sales award winner in ’04, ’05, & ’06.
Most recently, Jeff has directed his training expertise to the Real Estate Training Institute’s live interactive training program. He is the creator of six Training programs – with a specialty in marketing & branding and his true passion, RET2 (Real Estate Tools and Technology) an ongoing examination of the tools and technology available to the real estate professional.
