As a Finalist for this Incredible award, I am Truly Honored to be among the Finest in the Industry. We in the Field of Real Estate, with a flare and a Passion for Technology appreciate this recognition. Over the past year or two, I have spent many a night on a plane, sitting in airports on Holidays while my family waits, skyping (Live Video for you non Techies) my wife and children from a hotel room so I can recap their day and wish them sweet dreams , ALL to deliver a message. A message in which we have such a desire to teach and share to make Real Estate Agents Better than they have ever been before. A Use of Technology. Technology, not to just Teach, but to be able to use to be more productive, to win more business and to be a better Realtor. And…Its changing every day. With change, we need to change. Change is Good if you have an open mind and you CHOOSE to be successful. Speaking for myself, I make these sacrifices …FOR the right people and WITH the right people. People who go out of their way to Thank me, people who actually care. I mean people really caring about my well being, my family and my career. These “People” I will always go over and beyond for. These “People” I choose to be with. These “People” I consider family. This Family and These “People” are called EXIT !!

Jeffrey Lobb, a Realtor® since 1988, is currently the Managing owner of EXIT Towne & Country Realty in Newton, NJ. After spending many years in training and development of sales teams for Fortune 500 companies, Jeff decided in 2002 to relaunch his real estate business in a brand new market. In only 3 years, Jeff earned several sales awards and generated over $500,000 in personal commissions.
Being a firm believer in continuous training and personal improvement,
Jeff attends training seminars with nationally recognized trainers and life coaches. He earned the 2005 Top Sales Agent and Top Listing agent in a training course through Leaders Choice. Jeff has also been an EXIT sales award winner in ’04, ’05, & ’06.
